About the Designer:
Matti Klenell is a Swedish designer who’s acclaimed for his innovative contributions to Scandinavian design. He works widely with different materials but often returns to glass as a way of expression. His brother, Simon Klenell describes himself as both a designer and a craftsman. His way of working is driven by the material, and he works almost exclusively with glass. It’s also in the glass itself that he finds his greatest inspiration and curiosity.
